I’ll say it—event planning is one of the most misunderstood professions out there.
Somehow, it’s often handed off to someone with zero experience, like an executive assistant or an admin, as if planning a large-scale event is the same as ordering lunch for a meeting.

Spoiler alert: it’s not.
